Management Panel
Your organisation’s managers run users, credentials and announcements from one panel in the browser. No installation or special hardware is needed; the panel opens with your organisation’s name and logo.
What is in the panel
Overview
Number of users, active credentials, how full the credential pool is and the status of synchronisation with the access control system.

Users and credentials
The user list shows each person’s flat or room, registered phone and the state of their credentials. The search box finds a person, a flat or a number.

A new user in three steps
There is no need for the user to visit the office or collect a card.
Invitation
The manager enters the name, the flat or room and the phone number, and chooses how long the invitation is valid. Email is optional.
Invitation ready
The panel shows until when the invitation is valid. The user is told to download the app and sign in with their registered number.
Credential on the phone
When the user signs in with the registered number, the credential loads automatically and the doors start opening.
Invitation code
Enter the invitation code from your building management or tap the link in your email.
Phone change
When a user changes phones, the credential on the old phone is revoked immediately and a new invitation is created. The credential loads when the user signs in on the new phone with the registered number.

Credential revocation
All active credentials of a user who moved out, left or lost their phone are revoked in a single step. The revoked numbers return to the pool and can be used again.

Announcements
The manager writes the title and text, chooses a category and adds a ready-made image or their own. While writing, a live preview on the side shows how the announcement will look on the user’s phone as a notification, on the home screen and in the list. Once published, it reaches every user instantly as a notification.

Every action on record
Actions such as invitations, phone changes and revocations are logged with their reason and time. The records are kept for audits and possible disputes.
