The App

The app, published under your organisation’s name, brings together everything users do in the building. Your logo goes into the logo area on the screens, and your colours replace the greens.

The first thing users see: their ID card

When the app opens, users see their own ID card, the latest announcement and their recent entries. The card is designed with the organisation’s logo and colours. Users with more than one card swipe between them.

Through the door

Bringing the phone close to the reader is enough. When the door opens, a confirmation appears and the entry is added to the recent entries list. Doors open even without an internet connection.

Announcements

Water outages, car park cleaning, lift maintenance, general meetings. Management’s announcement arrives as a notification, is listed with its image and is marked as read once opened.

Smart home

The flat’s smart home system connects to the app. Lights, curtains, air conditioning and underfloor heating are controlled room by room, and scenes such as “Coming home” run with one tap.

Calls with security, and answering the door

Users call security or reception from the app. When security announces a guest at the door, a video call reaches the user’s phone; the user sees who is there and decides from the phone whether to let them in.

Cameras

Shared-area cameras can be watched live from the app, according to the permissions management grants. The organisation decides which user sees which camera.

Setup takes users a few minutes

Users download the app, sign in with the phone number registered with management and load their card with an invitation code. There is no need to visit the office. The app explains why it asks for each permission.
