Phone access
Building entrances, turnstiles, car parks and shared doors open with a phone. Works over Bluetooth and NFC, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support.
Announcements
Water outages, lift maintenance, general meetings. Management’s announcements arrive instantly as notifications and are listed with their images.
Smart home
Lights, curtains, air conditioning and underfloor heating are controlled from the app. Favourite settings become one-tap scenes.
Call security
Security and reception are one tap away. Voice and video calls happen inside the app.
Answer the door
When security announces a guest or a courier, a video call comes to your phone. Even when you are away, you decide whether to let them in.
Cameras
Authorised shared-area cameras can be watched live from the app.
Guest access
Guests receive time-limited access to specific doors. Access ends automatically when the time is up.

Announcements, users and credentials are managed from one browser-based panel. Every action is logged.

The room key arrives on the guest’s phone. Hotel announcements, calls with reception and access to shared areas live in the hotel’s own app.

A building without plastic or paper
We replace plastic cards, wooden cards, paper notices and unnecessary hardware with a single app on the phone. Less production, less waste, less energy.

No plastic cards printed
Credentials are sent to the phone digitally. New residents, guests and lost cards no longer mean printing, shipping and handing over a card.
No need for wooden cards either
Wooden and bamboo cards still carry a chip and antenna, usually cost more than plastic ones, and still have to be made, distributed and replaced when lost.
No paper notices
Water outages, maintenance and meetings reach every phone as a notification instead of a sheet of paper on the noticeboard.
Working hardware stays
Panels, cabling and working devices stay in place. If anything needs renewing, it is only the reader at the door, keeping electronic waste to a minimum.
No energy wasted in empty homes
Lights, air conditioning and underfloor heating can be switched off remotely from the app. Anything left on when leaving is turned off with a single tap.
